1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Hydro Robotics systems or Green Codex facility services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the use of our hardware, software, and industrial agricultural consulting.
2. Hardware and AI Liability
While our AI systems (including HydroGrowth Optimizer and NutrientFlow AI) are designed to prevent crop loss, Hydro Robotics is not liable for system failures caused by improper installation, external network interruptions, or biological variables outside of automated control.
3. Intellectual Property
All proprietary software code, sensor array designs, and the "Green Codex" production framework remain the exclusive intellectual property of Hydro Robotics Co., LTD. Unauthorized reproduction of our hardware interfaces or machine learning models is strictly prohibited.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
